Personal Touch Quilting (PTQ) offers many services related to longarm quilting. My goal is to enhance the work that you, the quilter who pieced the top together, has done. Only someone who quilts can appreciate the passion, time, financial costs, and possibly the frustration that goes into making a quilt. I view it as an honor that someone trusts me to quilt something so personal. I believe that the customer and I must work together as a team.

I feel that quilting is a team sport, with the quilt/fabric stores, pattern designers, instructors, friends, guilds, and longarm quilter are supporting the quilter to complete a quilt that we can all be happy with, and proud of. To that end, I will communicate and work with my customers to turn out the best possible quilt that we can. Sometimes that requires repairs/adjustments to be made prior to, and during the longarm quilting process. I am happy to do these repairs/adjustments, but as a business I must charge for these services. I will discuss any additional charges with the customer prior to doing the work, and if I fail to do that, there will be no charges for the additional work.

The following is a general list of fees for services that PTQ offers. This list is not all inclusive and is subject to change. Just as every quilt is different, so is the amount of time and effort necessary with longarm quilting each individual quilt.  There is a minimum charge of $40 per quilt.  Please refer to the "Preparing Your Quilt" page for tips that will lessen the potential for additional fees. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if I can help you with your quilt, regardless if I do the longarm quilting or not.
